FB-111A Class of....!

Every pilot and navigator coming to the FB-111A program were assigned to the 4007th Combat Crew Training Squadron (later redesigned 530th CCTS) at Carswell AFB and later Plattsburgh AFB, NY. The mission of the CCTS was to provide highly-qualified, combat-ready aircrew members to the FB-111A Bombardment Squadrons in the Strategic Air Command.

On this page are Class photos obtained from the Plattsburgh Air Force Base Museum in Plattsburgh, NY. The base was the home of the 4007th Combat Crew Training Squadron. It seems that not every classes had their photo taken, therefore it will be impossible to have a complete selection. The following class photos were not available nor were they taken; Class 73-03, 73-04, 73-05, 73-11, 73-12, 72-01, 72-11, 74-01, 74-02.
